• Applicant bank service charges are to be paid by applicant (buyer).
   
• No transfers to this account should be made before an official Performa Invoice, from an IRISFILM representative, is issued.  Any funds transferred to this account without prior notice to IRISFILM shall not be returned.
   
• All amount transferred shall be exactly the same as the total Performa Invoice value.  Any amount transferred is less than what is should be paid, will not be acceptable.  Separate payments are acceptable; however, all bank service charges should be paid by applicant (buyer) before the funds are to be deposited into the IRISFILM account.
