Payments
IRISFILM will only accept the following payment methods with restrictions as listed below each method in red print.

1. Wire Transfer (T/T)

IRISFILM accept all wire transfers to the following bank:

  • Applicant bank service charges are to be paid by applicant (buyer).
  • No transfers to this account should be made before an official Performa Invoice, from an IRISFILM sales representative, is issued. Any funds transferred to this account without prior notice to IRISFILM shall not be returned.
  • All amount transferred shall be exactly the same as the total Performa Invoice value. Any amount transferred is less than what is should be paid, will not be acceptable. Separate payments are acceptable; however, all bank service charges should be paid by applicant (buyer) before the funds are to be deposited into the IRISFILM account.

2. Letter of Credit

IRISFILM accept L/C payments under the following conditions:

  1. Drafts at Sight Only.
  2. Presentation Period: Within 21 days after shipment date but within the validity of the credit.
  3. All L/C's are to be issued to:
    Hua Nan Commercial Bank Ltd.
    Offshore Banking Branch
    Bank Address: No. 127, Shi-Tsang Road, Taipei 108 Taiwan R.O.C.
    Swift Code: HNBKTWTP
    A/C No. 102-99-000203-8
    A/C Name: IRISFILM Corp.
  4. All Applicant, Beneficiary, and Description of Goods must be exactly the same as the Performa Invoice. If different information shall be used, please make all necessary changes upon order confirmation.
  • Bank service charges are to be paid by applicant (buyer).
  • L/C amount shall be exactly the same as the total Performa Invoice value. Separate payments are acceptable; however, all bank service charges should be paid by applicant (buyer) before the funds are to be deposited into the IRISFILM account.
  • Please confirm all details with an IRISFILM sales representative before any letter of credit is to be issued.

3. Credit Cards / e-CHECK

  • Although PayPal Send Money services are free, however there are service charges for IRISFILM to receive the fund.  These service charges are to be absorbed by applicant (buyer), thus please contact an IRISFILM sales representative for the details of charges before making any transaction.  Total amount to be sent to our account must include these charges.
  • Separate payments are acceptable; however more PayPal service charges will apply. 
  • Please confirm all details with an IRISFILM sales representative before any transaction is to be made.
